Mountain 'Almhütte' restaurant for sale
This delightful mountain ‘Almhütte’ was built around 1993 and expanded in around 2001 with a further extension.
It is located in the Innerkrems ski region. The Innerkrems ski area is very popular as a family ski area. It has 2 chairlifts, 4 drag lifts and 2 kiddy lifts located at the ski school. The alm hut restaurant is perfectly situated right next to the ski chairlift station and is therefore very popular in winter and summer. The two drag lifts are also very close by. Guided ski tours are also organized by the local ski school. Recently the area has also become very popular with ski tourers.
In summer, hikes in the Nockberge Mountains and along the Nockalmstrasse to Falkert or Turracher Höhe are extremely popular.

Transport for the operation of the hut is managed via the Innerkrems cable car company (here is a contract that needs to be renewed).
Private access is possible via the Almweg from the Kremsberg (approx. 10 km).
